Business Follower Job Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for collecting customer inquiries, and analyzing and summarizing;

2.Customer order/contract review, change of implementation and down to the relevant units;

3.Order delivery control, customer monthly reconciliation, call for payment;

4.Responsible for dealing with customer complaints, summarize and analyze the causes of problems, track the responsibility and take remedial measures;

5.Coordination, communication and quotation with customers;

6.Plastic products experience is preferred

7.Able to accept socializing.
